I struggled to check My tears. I had taken  extra W/C (Mathematics) and Science classes of male and female ITI students of Draughtsman and Radio & TV courses when their W/C & Sc. "Madam" Dr. Kabita Bujarbarua took Earned Leave (to prepare for tough NET exam) for about 2 months (her students probably did not understand what she taught, which seems to be a very common thing at educational institutions in India and foreign countries; Dr. Kabita Bujarbarua (Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Gauhati University; when I asked her if she had read any of the references in the long bibliography in her printed thesis, she admitted honestly that she had not; it seems to be very easy to get a doctorate nowadays without any real effort; when I explained to her step by step M.Sc. level quantum physics for all India NET exam during short class breaks at ITI Guwahati - I had topped M.Sc. Previous Physics at Dibrugarh University - she expressed her honest admiration by saying: "Dada [Big Brother], You are a great teacher!" Yes - perhaps - but I am A Terrific Snake Killer!) DALDA KACHI GHANI MUSTARD OIL 

India's best Mustard Oil (Kachi Ghani) brand - Comparative of Mustard oil (7:00) / Mamu Borah (YouTube)

I keep buying and tasting several brands of Kachi Ghani mustard oil from shops in Guwahati. DALDA Kachi Ghani mustard oil is certainly excellent but does not seem to be well known in Guwahati and is not stocked in some local shops I have gone to EXCEPT SMART BAZAR in Bhangagarh in Guwahati where DALDA Kachi Ghani mustard oil is available along with many other brands of Kachi Ghani mustard oil. Recently, I bought 500 ml ANUPAM Kachi Ghani (Agmark) mustard oil pouch (made in BARPETA ROAD Assam?) from a small shop for about Rs. 90 - it is quite tasty like DALDA but I am not sure if ANUPAM brand is a standard brand like many other standard Indian brands like Dhara, Engine, Patanjali etc. and so at present I hesitate to take ANUPAM brand though it is quite tasty like DALDA. (A brand like Dhara is good but does not have the pungency of DALDA and ANUPAM - perhaps because Dhara extracts oil from YELLOW mustard seeds and not from BLACK mustard seeds which give pungent mustard oil I like - but many Indians probably prefer mustard oil without too much pungency, which may be why brands like Dhara, Engine, Patanjali etc. seem to be well known unlike Dalda. Another reason could be COMMISSIONS OFFERED to shop keepers by companies. DALDA etc. may be available online but I for one have become very wary of buying any medicines and food products online. I constantly remember the valuable quote: "BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY". India has been associated with Chanakya/Kautilya and is notorious as a LAND of assassins.
