Most women and girls are natural chatterboxes for which no training is needed.

I had the impression that max 50 MB audio per day is allowed by YouTube.

Anchor free podcast app allowed unlimited podcasting but I think Spotify for Podcasters (Spotify has now taken over Anchor) sets a max time limit per day.

I did Anchor podcasting and now do YouTube podcasting as an interesting and enjoyable hobby and not for making money. I don't want views, subscribers, and comments. I record and publish interesting audio excerpts from books I have, without quid pro quo motive. (Money and s. seem to be major "quid pro quo".)

Recording mp3 audio for podcasting has recently become very easy for Me by recording with Logi headphones/microphone which does not require charging.
